Description

I remember doing this a long time back when Konako [link] made a mermaid sketch and I realized at the time I had yet to try a mermaid sketch. I was surprised at how fast I made this one, did it in 10 minutes. If there is anything I started to try and perfect at the time, it was "effects". The bubbles were done as an added effect for her diving after leaping out above water.

I LOVE this one! Mermaids are so fun to draw. This one is so beautiful. I love the bubbles and the movement of the hair and tail, and the angle at which she is depicted.
