I'm very surprised I haven't updated this thing for several years. So the last blog entry I've placed on DA was a time where I left the Animation Industry and pursued a Psychology degree, specializing in Spirituality & Depth. Currently, I have no idea where I'm heading. I just knew that its time to move. I'm looking into being a UX Designer. In my history of being an Information Technology tech, Graphic Designer, Production coordinator, Psychology counselor, and overall a clear communicator--- UX Designer just makes sense. UX Design has only existed in the last handful of years and I always wondered where my path lay. Now, whether or not I get picked-up as a UX Designer anywhere is the test. So two weeks ago, my good friend, Matt Cajigal, whom I met through working on theGamePOP for many months, introduced me to his company as an artist. Within one art test, I was made an official asset artist for "Night Light Interactive". They have a new game coming out for multi-platform, called "Whispering Willows". Its a horror side-scrolling puzzle adventure. I've learned a lot about lighting and coloring, based purely on experimentation and being able to adapt reference images and ideas.
